Artwork Guide

We will be using your artwork to fill your order - The badges will only be as good as any artwork supplied. Remember the size of the badge will determine how much artwork will be visible and legible. Very intricate designs or too many words on small badges are not usually a good idea.

Please Note: The dimensions of the badge should follow the actual measurements provided for each button badge size, in this artwork guide; as apposed to their appearance on screen as this is just an artistic impression.

Please bear in mind that we do our best to match colours but the digital printing process might alter some colours. Also, what a colour looks like on a brightly lit computer screen won't be exactly the same on a button badge. On big orders, please request a sample badge for you to approve the colours. If you would like exact colour matching we can quote you to have the printing done on litho machines or you can have them printed by your own printer / agency (Please ask us for specifications).

How do I send
you my artwork?


You can send your artwork to us by email or disk. Email is best - it's quick and easy.

Please ensure your artwork is formatted for a PC - we do not use Macs.

What to do if you don't have any artwork. If you want something simple - for example text only on a badge such as “HAVE A GREAT DAY” - we can help you. We will do this for you free of charge.

Simple Button Badge Designs

If you are looking for something more detailed and can't produce the artwork yourself, we suggest you ask a friend with a graphics package on their computer to help you out.
